Why order from Bee Printed?

I am a 20 + year professional Lifestyle photographer producing excellent work for my customers. I provide the same to effort to Bee Printed.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, GIF, and PDF files and others shown on the order page. We recommend high-resolution sharp images for best results.

What materials do you use?

We use Made in USA professional equipment and materials. Our printer and printing paper are not made in USA.

Can I edit my photos after uploading them?

Absolutely. After uploading you can adjust the image, crop and make other slight adjustments. We review all images and may make slight adjustments to provide a brighter image. Mylar protective cover darkens images slightly. Sharper images provide better magnets.

Can I get help if I have trouble ordering?

How long before I will receive my order?

We process orders in 1-2 business days. Shipping times will depend on your location. We are based in California. We ship via USPS and UPS. We provide a tracking number so you can track your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options and rates.

Can I use copyrighted images?

You must have the rights to use any images you upload. By uploading any Copyrighted image, you agree that you have the right or license to use the image(s).

What is your return policy?

We inspect every order during production and again prior to shipping. Because all our products are hand-made we do not offer refunds. Should any order arrive damaged in shipping we will gladly replace damaged items at not cost. Please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! We will give same day priority to a rush order if at all possible in our production schedule. We do not charge extra for rush orders but do for shipping changes. Please inquire through our Contact Us page which we monitor constantly.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

Yes if it has not been produced yet we will accept changes or cancellations.

Are photos from my social media ok?

Yes you can! You can upload photos straight from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms. Be sure if they are Copyrighted, you have the rights to use the images.
