We are proud of our products and stand behind them 100%.  All products are inspected prior to shipment for quality.  Because our products are custom made we do not accept returns unless damaged in shipment.  Because our products are hand-made and specific to you, we do not provide refunds 

Quality Matters

To achieve the best quality magnets, it all starts with the image. Please review the following:

  1. Submit high quality and sharp images.  
  2. When adding photos to order, be sure to corp, position and edit each image.  When you submit your order we understand that to be your approval of your photos as submitted. 
  3. We review every image for the above and may make slight adjustments to exposure and sharpness (if possible) to ensure the best possible image. If necessary, we may contact you by email about your order. 
  4. Review any text you have added to an image prior to uploading it. 
  5. Verify your shipping information and order details before submitting to checkout. 

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please take a photo of the shipping box and contents for our documentation for the replacement. We will replace and ship any damaged products free.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
